Back Story
I was channel surfing, minding my own self’s business, when I came across the movie Nell, that stared Jodie Foster. In it she lived in the back woods, cut off from society. What a great concept. I used to love Tarzan movies and movies where people were raised by wolves or whatever so why not write my own version. Next thing you know, I was typing away at Jodie’s Choice. And yep, I named the heroine Jodie after Jodie Foster. I didn’t watch the movie, but I still credit it for the inspiration.
